Are you a Zappos VIP Member?

Zappos is introducing a VIP program for their site. Perks for being a VIP member include:
- Free overnight shipping ’til the cows come home. Seriously, those are the exact words on the invite but I’m translating it to mean semi-instant gratification can now be ours!
- Bragging Rights! Make everyone else jealous, one order at a time.
While this might be a marketing scheme to generate some buzz and get more people onto their mailing lists, I do trust Zappos will honor the VIP perks for those lucky individuals who get on the list. And even if I get a couple of extra emails in my inbox, the topic is shoes, so why not?

I am a Zappos VIP…eat your heart out! Zappos is thee place to shop ’til you drop! Great Items, great prices, & great staff!I could go on but I don’t want them to get swelled heads!

I am a Zappos VIP member.. yet am unable to find a VIP website, that I could sign into.
I have to call you everytime I want to order something because I ca not get into your VIP site.

We are not Zappos, but this is what I got from a quick web search:

Awesome for you.
I’m still on the ‘wait list’. Of course, everytime I’ve tried to order they were out of the size/color I wanted so I wound up finding something elsewhere at the end of the season. So, I obviously do not spend enough there to zip to the top of the list. Oh well.

I was made a vip member when I called Zappos customer service to upgrade shipping on an order. Not only did they put me on the vip list, they upgraded my existing order to free overnight shipping. Awesome. Alpha, I was able to log on to http://www.vip.zappos.com using my regular Zappos log on id.

he staff is superlative, truly helful, and do good stuff for you, I was very impreessed with my contaacts easy going, funny manner, and I got to be a vip. how cool. Thanks Zappos.
