Hi there- if you guys could possibly help ID these shoes, I would greatly appreciate it!!! I saw these amazing platform boots on the Bergdorf website- a model is wearing the shoes in the Haider Ackermann Bonded Leather Leggings posting but I can’t find the shoes anywhere on the site. The shoes can be found here.

It took a little bit of research, but I’m pretty sure I’ve found your mystery boots (shown in the center column between the two original model shots that started this shoe hunt).
May I present the 140mm ‘Laminated Metal Pony Boot by Alejandro Ingelmo($1720.30 via Luisaviaroma.com)
Grey ponyhair and an uber-high platform wedge make these quite the visual stunners.
And, just because I feel like sharing, here’s a couple of other styles currently available from this designer:

I've seen the punitive shoes website & unfortunately that's what I now think of when I hear 'pony boot'. I'm pretty sure that in this case it's a reference to the pony hair/haircalf leather type used for the boot uppers. Heelless boots also remind me of the fetish shoes for some reason.
