Australia Love Collective now at Bluefly
Posted on December 20th, 2009 by galligator under Boots, Fall 2009 Shoes, Hot Shoe Deals and Steals, Spot the Shoe on SaleLast winter I reviewed Australia Love Collective’s sheepskin ‘Tsar’ boot.
Since that time, Australia Love Collective has changed their name, re-branding as Australia Luxe Collective and has expanded their retailer distributors to include Endless, Net-a-Porter, Nordstrom, Nieman Marcus/Bergdorf Goodman, and Bloomingdales,
Styles vary from plain shearling-lined (ugh/ugg-styled) calf boots to luxurious fur-trim and ribbon-tie styles that beg to be touched. But, for those on a budget, the low-end for a relatively plain pair runs about $230 with prices for more decadent styles approaching $500.
Luckily, Bluefly has gotten their hands on a number of last year’s styles and is offering them to their customers at very attractive post-season prices. And, since these are winter investment pieces meant to last season after season, these won’t become dated anytime soon.
Prices on Australia Love Collective at Bluefly.com range from $165-$240, a considerable savings for these cute and reliable cold-weather boots.
Warning, if you pick up a pair of one of the posh, furry styles, you will be stopped and complimented every time you wear them in public.

all of these boots are hideous. you have great taste, except for these clunky, shapeless abominations. women should be discouraged from wearing them.

It’s 31 degrees outside today (just below freezing) with 15 predicted tonight. Often footwear is about practicality rather than looks…Until man-made materials hold anything near the warmth that natural furs to, there will be a market for these.
