Saks.com just launched a massive Black Tuesday sale with savings up to 70% off. A lot of Saks items were sold out last week during pre-sale. The ladies who were near stores and able to participate in presale got the best of both worlds – quality shoes & selection at fantastic prices. I love living rural, but there are times when I am a bit jealous of gals near urban centers.

All the 70% sales have very few good things to buy. I am sure you will agree with me on this. Its better to buy off sale then on sale.
