Botticelli Birth of Venus Calfskin Men’s Comfort Laceups

These gorgeous soles caught my attention in the Botticelli window.
I flashed back to being in Italy and seeing Botticelli’s “Birth of Venus” painting and being transfixed by it. Here is the painting in full.
Funny to think you’ll be walking around with the Goddess of Love on your sole all day!
They retail for $365. And have a pretty hip, fun upper with great contrast stitching. Enjoy, fashionable gents!

Wow these are some wild looking shoes, but very classy. I think they could go with many formal and unformal outfits.

Beautiful shoes! I'm a massive fan of Italian shoes after buying a pair of JWs from Arthur Knight. Anything above £150 is getting expensive, but they seem to last so much longer than sub £100 shoes, making them reasonable value for money.

I, too, love it when the sole is given much importance as the top parts.

I love it when shoe makers think about the sole as part of the artistic canvas of the shoe. It won't last, but it's like a lovely little secret. I always appreciate that added little detail.
