Coach ‘Legra’ Boot

I’m not really feeling a lot of the Coach purses this season. The colors and sequins are over the top – even for me. But with this boot, I could finally visualize myself wearing a pair of Coach shoes that were subtle with just a hint of sexy.

These are for our boot-loving readers for the fall days ahead. If the days get gray and dreary, but your shoes are gray and fabulous, it more than evens things out.

Alexandra Neel ‘SnapChic’ Boots

So,  I’ve completely caved in to the fall-shoe gods and started writing about this year’s boots  -  even though I’ve had less than 2 months thus far to enjoy the hot sandal weather.

And, in my case,  much of that time has been spent barefoot or in Skechers due to this little foot sprain I’ve had for the last couple of weeks – which is oh-so-slowly working its way through the healing process.

Sigh.

But, it’s not all bad.  It does give me a lot of time to window shop online.  And, if fall brings us more boots like these delicious buttons-up-the back stunners from Alexandra Neel, than I guess I’ll hop on board.

Clean. Classic.  Simple.  Sexy.

These have everything you need in a boot without going overboard. There’s something to be said for understated elegance in a wardrobe staple.  And yes, a classic black boot is on my list of fall footwear must-haves.
