Designer Shoe Deja Vu gone wrong
Posted on May 9th, 2008 by Shomore under Balenciaga Shoes, Designer Shoe Déja Vu, Giuseppe Zanotti ShoesRemember these perfect Giuseppe Zanotti sandals (left) Shoesense blogged about?

Here is a case of designer shoe deja vu gone utterly and completely wrong. Structurally, the Giuseppe Zanotti and Steve Madden sandals are alike. That is where the similarities end. While the Zanotti sandals are in full bloom and a picture of grace and simplistic beauty, the Steve Madden sandals have dried out and wilted.
The king of copycat designer shoes does not stop there. He also has an inspired version of the famous Balenciaga lego shoes. Compared to the Steve Maddens, Balenciaga’s shoes are actually starting to look slightly normal.

Hey, if you want to waste some time and have some fun checking out shoes, walk over to http://www.shoedujour.com/. It’s a hot-or-not type of site that allows you rate shoes in various categories, save them to a wishlist or jump to Zappos.com to buy them. Give it a try — it’s fun.

Wow welcome to Steve Madden I guess…why come up with your own idea when you can just copy someone else? Fail!

yea…i personally find all four of these gross. i hate when people buy a pair of shoes because of the brand. steve madden is too expensive for their stupid shoes. i guess gz sandals are not horrible…but the balenciagas are an absolute nightmare, and both steve maddens make me want to vomit. way to make a shittier version of shit.

I thought everyone knew by now that Steve Madden is a brand that knocks off other designers so the masses can afford them. Unfortunately for me, they only go up to size 10. With my size 14 foot I have to shop at places like big and beautful shoes (and believe me they are NOT beautiful)! Help!

I am also a lucky large footed woman, and after years of wearing grim footwear, found help! It’s a site (www.shoesofyourdreams.com) and has great shoes for those of us who are over a size 12, they go up to 16 on some styles. You have got to take a look, the shoes are really cute, have decent prices, and the customer service is great. They actually respond to my emails, know alot about fit, which has been an issue for me.
