Fergie Shoes Giveaway: Enter here

I’m excited to announce a ShoeBlog first.  To celebrate the launch of Fergie’s shoes, our generous sponsors are giving ShoeBlog readers a chance to win not one, not two, but a whopping THREE pairs of shoes (styles subject to availability).   If the name sounds familiar, it’s because the line is designed by singer and now shoe designer Fergie from the hip hop group Black Eyed Peas and the solo platinum album, The Duchess.

Now one of the things that I like about this shoe brand is that Fergie actually wears the shoes from her line (unlike a few other celebrities who shall go nameless).  Yes, a celebrity needs to wear the shoe to the launch of her shoe line (seen here in the Teema gladiator sandals, which is $99 at Piperlime).

But it’s refreshing and a great testimonial to see a celebrity in a non-press release event wearing shoes from her own collection.  This particular style is called the ‘Pepper’ gladiator ($129 from Endless).  I love how Fergie’s paired the high fashion Gucci shirtdress and low slung belt with more moderately priced sandals.

The Fergie shoe line is every bit as fun, and catchy as the songs Fergie sings.  There really is a shoe to fit every personality and occassion, whether you feel like going casual, dressing up, etc.   Have a look – Fergalicious, right?

Now, there are so many trendy shoe options to choose from, how can the winner pick one, right?  Well, we’ll make it easy for the grand prize winner.  The lucky gal will receive TWO pairs of shoes. Now if I were her, I’d pick a flat sandal or sneaker and another shoe for dressier events.   For our second winner, the runner-up, they’ll have a more difficult task of singling out a sole pair of shoes they’d like to receive.

    I really love the style of the Mission, and would have it in each colour if I had the wherewithall. However, for the purposes of this competition, or whatever you call it, I'd like

    1)the Mission in Taupe Leather (love the blue, but I've nothing to wear it with, the Taupe is a really useful colour and I don't have enough of it). I particularly like the strap being almost parallel with the ground, and it has such elegant heels.

    2) the Milly in Black/Red fabric – it looks so sort of tailored. Love the pinstripe and the red heels. Makes me want to get out my pencil skirts and seamed stockings.

    My two picks are:

    1) Fergie Women's Milly in Taupe Croco Nubuck in size 7. My reason: So I'm in my 20's and I have never owned a good pair of heels! Shocking, I know. But since I'm out of college now and starting grad school/ work soon I feel like having a good pair of work heels is a ladies' must! This one struck me as a classy but sophisticated shoe that says "Out of my way! I know what I'm doing!" :)

    2) Fergie Women's Orchid in Pebble Grey Suede/Leather – Size 7. My reason: After a long day in those heels I'm going to want to change into something super comfy! :) Okay but seriously – I lead a really active lifestyle so a good pair of sneaker/ casual shoes is always good to have. I love the color and design of this shoe. The embellishment adds a nice "Duchess" touch to an athletic style shoe. Awesome!

    I'm in love with the Amie and I love love the Senna- Why I love them? They're girlie and can be dressed up or dressed down. As a stay at home mom of 2, I'm always on the look out for versatile pieces to add to my wardrobe, but with a lack of money to spend on myself, these are shoes that I'd never be able to purchase!

    Only two :( If I have to choose only two they would be the Mission in Magenta (doesn't it just have that sexy sounding name when you say it out loud, Mmmmm) and they are hot, hot, hot!! I would also chose Temptation in Demitasse, again, they are a hot shoe, I adore heels and both shoes fit the bill. Plus the sexy factor is sizzling! In bed and out! There are so many shoes to choose from, and I'm sure there are tons more coming, so choosing is muy hard….and will be harder and harder as the line evolves….

    Oh man – The Quiana and Temptation heels would make wonderful additions to my shoe collection. I've got a current goal right now to add more platforms/wedges to my collection and those thin straps are so pretty!     You got me by surprise. Not only did i not know that there's a Fergie line, but they actually are pretty great with a certain "chicness" to it.

    I did like a lot the Gina taupe croco nubuck and the Island gold charm.

    They are those types of shoes that are great with pretty much any outfit. And do we all want in a great shoe? versatality!

    The Jolie in Tan/Turk Blue Anat are just fab for summer. The light blue color makes the shoes pop and would be perfect with a white summer floaty dress. I also love Disco in Silver Garda. It's a great going out dancing shoe so it is aptly named and the pattern makes it unique.
