I have discussed Giuseppe Zanotti’s design aesthetic and ideology at length before, but one thing bears repeating: the man definitely has his finger on the pulse of what women want, need, and have to have in our shoes; he knows what we like for any number of different occasions. Now, this Chiffon-Flower Sandal ($695 at Neiman Marcus) might not be your thing, but even if you’re anti chiffon or anti flowers, you have to admit that these are gorgeously put together.

I am originally from the South, however, so I adore all things chiffon, and honey, there is no such thing as too many flowers. I know it’s the dregs of winter and few of us would have any opportunity to wear these gorgeous Giuseppe Zanotti masterpieces unless we want to get frostbite, but check this out: Spring will be here before you know it, and you’ll be attending weddings, maybe having one, going to graduation parties, and any number of other similar activities – and these are the perfect Spring sandals, don’t you think?

The creamy pink sandal is delicate and exquisitely feminine, highlighted by three chiffon flowers like large, full blooming roses. They are absolutely gorgeous and will undoubtedly make you feel in full blossom as well. The leather is top stitched, creating a lovely, strappy, and dainty silhouette for the cascade of flowers. There is a 4 and ½ inch zip in the back, and the heel is a tasteful 3 and ½ inches.

I know floral arrangements in fashion aren’t to everyone’s taste, though. How do you feel about flowers – chiffon or otherwise – on your shoes? Too much, or will it work for certain occasions?
