High Heel-a-Thon: Some close-ups

In her defense, it looks like her heels were at least twice as high as everybody else’s:
No matter! This is still an event that should be featured on the Fear Factor, as far as I’m concerned. Shouldn’t there be less painful ways to donate to charities? Like, say…um…donating money from the comfort of your own home and out of the goodness of your heart? Just saying. (By all means, do donate to March of Dimes, which this event benefited. You can do so in your slippers–try it, it feels SO good!)

We were there! Morgan Williams of the RunningWithHeels.com team was the only one of us doing the actual running in heels, but Angie and myself were there to support her and all the ladies participating in this event!

Kelly’s shoes look so good! I saw some similar at Celine which when I tried them on were wonderfully light. I felt I could ran a marathon in them, believe it or not!

This has got to be some kind of a nightmare, some of those heels are so tall that being a woman one can understand that it must be a job to simply walk gracefully in them much less running! I wonder what kind of repurcussion will this exercise bring.
