Sorry to hear it. In the past I've never had problems so long as the item is in stock. If you receive something in their error, they should fix it at their expense, if not, it would be worth notifying Zappos as well as 6pm since they are linked.

Tried to order a pair and 6pm screwed up my order. instead of the 7.95 size 9 1/2 gabriellas that i wanted, theyre sending me 7 pairs of size 6 1/2 NYLA shoes.
