Killer Shoes: Victoria Beckham’s Spiked Stilettos

Nowadays, it seems the lines between shoe fashion and fetish are getting more and more blurred. When I first saw these spiked Dolce and Gabbana stillettoes at the Spring 2007 Ready to Wear show, I thought it was all for the show. After all, unless you’re in a certain type of exotic industry, I couldn’t see anyone wearing spiked shoes on the streets.
Leave it up to fashionista Victoria Beckham to prove me wrong. At the 2007 Graduate Gala Fashion Show, these skyscraper stillettos made an appearance on Victoria Beckham (does this girl ever wear heels under 3 inches?). Yikes, I hope she doesn’t trip over herself or anyone else!
What do you think? Are these heels cutting (literally) edge or best left behind closed doors?

Poor feet. The high heels caused two great bunions. It's heavy pain.

these are definitely killer shoes, notice the corn starting on her right foot, and I'd be willing to bet that there is a matching one on her left.

I absolutely ADORE high heels! However, I only wear them for short periods of time and try to wear something more sensible (flats, wedges) to work. I had bunion surgery at the age of 22 and, let me tell you, that is no fun! From the looks of Posh's deforned feet that's where she's headed. The shoes she is wearing could severely injure someone – shoes should be pretty and these are not.

Women who wear high heels compulsively, like Mrs. Beckham does, are destroying their feet and will be crippled old ladies because of it. Look at how the big toe on the left foot is being pulled leftward to accommodate the shoe design. Also note the absolutely huge corns on both big toes directly due to the wearing of high heeled shoes.

They are completely different shoes. Posh's are white and have a lot more spikes. I'm not saying that's a good thing but they are different.
