Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale Has Begun

NORDSTROM.com Anniversary Sale. Fall Fashion Now. Shop Early. Save Big.

Nordstrom’s annual Anniversary Sale just started.  Unlike most sales which are designed to clear out past season’s merchandise that did not sell, Nordstrom’s sale includes new items for the upcoming fall season.  This makes it one of my favorite sales of the year because you are guaranteed to find fresh, hot items that you can wear for the next season.  There are so many shoes to choose from, but here are some of my picks:

Sam Edelman’s Peep-Toe Bootie for $129.  The beadwork really makes this bootie stand tall and pop.

Tory Burch Flat for $169.  This is a classic style and will work with a number of outfits and functions well for either the fall or spring.

The Burberry rain boot for $169 so you can stay dry in a another classic style.

Frye’s Riding Boot for $259.  A wardrobe essential.

Uggs Kensington boots for $139.  Stylish, um no, but practical for the cold winter, definitely!

I was disappointed in the Nordstrom "sale" because I wasn't prepared for what it was. I was looking forward to a clearance rack — not $400 shoes on sale for $200. I did fall in love with the royal blue Stuart Weitzman platform pumps. I picked them up and lovingly stroked them, not caring who watched.

The should honestly be called the “essentials” for Fall. I especially love the Tory Burch flats. As a mom, they are essential for chasing around a toddler all day.

Natalie -I totally agree. The selection really is well curated. Also, I love that you are a stylish mom. Us moms are busy enough as is (I have an 8 month old) but we can still stay well dressed and practical.
