Regina Spektor’s Vintage Black and White Beauties

I’m desperately in love with these shoes from Regina Spektor’s video “Fidelity,” and I’m not the only one. I’m about to call Vogue, Decades or a personal shopping service and start harassing them!
Who made you, shoes! Speak to me! (With the styling, I’m guessing they’re vintage, but if so they’ve really been cleaned up and/or taken care of.)
The video is so excellently styled, with Regina in adorable outfits, an awesome black and white theme, vintage and antique props and set accessories, and well done editing, you will swoon. Keep watching until the end, there’s a surprise coming!

You can do a peep to or cap toe. A white vamp with contrasting black cap toe would be very classic.

I have been looking all over the web for any hint of where to get these shoes and I have finally given up on finding them. So I am having them custom made by a shoe maker. Any ideas on what the front of the shoe might look like? Or any opinions on what you think would look best? Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks

We still don’t know. The 1st place I would look is past-season chanel due to the classic black-and-white color scheme.
