Roopal Patel Wears Charlotte Olympia Fruit Pumps

So someone actually wears the Charlotte Olympia Fruit Pumps! In public! And of course, it’s in New York, since you can wear insanely silly, weird things here and have it be wonderful.
That lady is none other than Roopal Patel, a fashion editor at Neiman Marcus who has the lovely fortune of working with gorgeous accessories every day. An excerpt from the above-linked interview:
“Q. What is the one thing that makes a look?
Roopal: The right accessory. The perfect handbag or shoes can change your look in seconds.”
She’s right! And she was especially right about these shoes! Even though I don’t love them, her legs look fantastic in them and she works it. That’s the thing about fashion and especially shoes – always surprises me.
