Shoe Look-A-Like: Minnetonka vs Tory Burch Suede Boots
posted by: Shomore in Boots, Celebrity Shoe Style, Designer Shoe Déja Vu, Tory Burch Shoes on November 18th, 2008
These Pocahontas boots look virtually identical. Yet the Minnetonka boots are almost $300 less expensive than the the Tory Burch’s.
Left: Tory Burch Walker Fringe Lace Up Boot; Available at Shopbop for $375
Right: Minnetonka Moccasin Lace Up Knee Hi; Available at Piperlime for $80
Heck, even when you are a fashion icon like Kate Moss, the price point of the Minnetonkas are too irrestible.

The red sole has been trademarked. Anybody else using that red & the Louboutin mark on the heel will be counterfeiters who often don’t even deliver a product once it is paid. You may look at Steve Madden, BCBG or other brands for a similar classic pump. A good reputable site to order items at a discount from is 6pm.com.

I'm still staying away from these. I remember all too well the 1st time these came around for me – back in the late 80's. The fact that my husband still has his from back then is also a little bit disconcerting.

Sharp eyes! Thanks for catching my mistake, Brittany! I've updated the post so the pricing is now correct.

I'm confused on the pricing….I think you have them labeled wrong? And honestly…I dig the Tory Burch's more!
