Sigerson Morrison Asymmetrical Strap Pump
Posted on July 16th, 2007 by shoesense under Pumps, Sigerson Morrison ShoesI’m a big fan of the asymmetrical trend, and there are plenty of choices out there. Here’s, however, how to do it right:

This Belle by Sigerson Morrison asymmetrical pump is $295 at ShopBop.com and I am hard-pressed to find a single thing I don’t like about them. Well, maybe the color, curiously entitled ‘Elephant’ (looks more like mud to me–or maybe that’s the idea). But here’s the pump to attend the gallery opening in style, perhaps with a glass of bubbly and some suitable man-candy as further accessories.

I love asymmetrical, too! These shoes are cute, but the upper back part is a bit tall for me - I wonder if it’d rub into your achilles too much.

See, I would think they would protect the back of the ankle (where I would normally have most problems)–because they extend past it and fan out a little, away from the leg. So that part should be comfortable–however, I would have a big issue with the height of the heel. But that’s me!
