Stuart Weitzman Celebrity Shoe Auction Benefiting Ovarian Cancer
Posted on September 7th, 2007 by Shomore under Celebrity Shoe Style, Stuart Weitzman ShoesSeptember is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Girls, I implore you to take a brief moment out of your busy life and see if you exhibit the symptoms. Early detection will help your survival chances.
And for those of us we want to help aide in the discovery of an ovarian cancer cure, I have a suggestion for you. Why not bid on these fantastic shoes in this Stuart Weitzman Celebrity Designed shoe auction. You’ll find some interesting shoe creations from your favorite movie stars.
Staron Stone’s zebra design, complete with mane, reflects her wild, ‘basic’ instincts.
It may be too wild for Bree, but maybe not so much for Marcia Cross. The pastel colors are feminine.
I wonder if Glenn Close read Shoe Fleur and decided to bring one of the images to life?
Is Hayden Panettiere interning for Christian Louboutin?
There are many more celebrity designed shoes on the website that you must check out and bid on to help a great cause. I leave you with my favorite celebrity designed shoe. It’s by Molly Sims, who stars in the TV show ‘Las Vegas’. I love that every element of this shoe speaks about Vegas, including the cash you will most likely lose, playing cards, poker chips, dice for craps, the green, and the glitter.

I am a 4 time ovarian cancer survivor: 1989, 1993, 1996 and 2006. Just this past Friday Sept. 5th, 2008 I held the 1st annual Suzanne Zale Buck Ovarian Cancer Awareness Gala in the Poconos, PA … I am very happy to say we raised over $100,000 for our cancer center to treat women w/ ovarian cancer. It would be my honor and priveldge to help create awareness beyond the Poconos, Pennsylvania. My “dances” with ovarian cancer have truly been a journey of the heart and I long to share it with America.

Hi Suzy,
Pat Hartnett & I have been trying to find you for sometime now. How are you? Just “googled” your name and found this article. Would love to hear from you.
Any more trips to the Santa Barbara area in your future? I’m still in California (just one hour south of Santa Barbara).
I saw Pat H. last September back east & we’re planning to get together in early May on the west coast. Maybe you can join us?
