I must say I’m very excited about the news that Manolo Blahnik’s Spring/Summer 08 collection will include some shoes with Marimekko patterns.
While I can’t say I’m much of a fan of Marimekko’s clothing, I think their graphic patterns are great. Fun, fresh, flirty, fantastic. And combine them with Manolo’s shoe designing power… it’s a combo that’s hard to beat.

Anyways, I figure this sale is still worth posting if 1) you live in a tropical place where the weather is great 365 days of the year, 2) you love a good deal (percentage-off but not price-wise), or 3) if you have a giant closet, aren’t a seasonal shopper, and don’t mind hoarding something in your closet until next year.
