- I love shopping online. I can do it 24/7, in my pjs, and avoid long lines. But one of my online peeves is the disappointment of waiting for an order to be delivered, only to discover the size isn’t right. Well, Michigans can still shop in the comfort of their homes with a guarantee that the size will be a perfect fit. Shoe Envy will deliver heels on wheels right to your home. Great service. But I believe the best part about shopping is going out and knowing I’m getting what I bought. Plus it’s more social then anything. I hate being indoors.

I asked my Tod’s SA about what to do with the Tod’s Moc after the little beads wear down so she replies: buy new ones…. Anyway, I didn’t want to toss perfectly good mocs so I told my cobber to shave the beads down and voila, fixed.

I’m so glad you didn’t follow your SA’s advice! I love your good as new mocs.
As for the SA, it sounds like she either didn’t know better or wanted to get another sale off of you. The reality is that an SA who give me good advice (even ones that say I look horrible in something) earn my trust and I’m more inclined to purchase from them or come back as a repeat customer. I wish they understood that.
