- Jimmy Choo threatens legal action again a woman whose site is called KookyChoo.com. I love my Choos, but this is a big no-no in my book. It feels like a case of the big school bully picking on the little guy, especially since the site obviously is unrelated to Jimmy Choo. [via KookyChoo]

Re: shoe spill on highway. A friend of mine runs a tow truck business that requires him to clean the highway after an accident. I have seen him use a loader to scoop clothes, furniture, shoes – all sorts of stuff- off the highway.

Have to agree on the last one. The 'Kooky Choo' actually made me think of the Beatles, not Mr. Choo – no brand confusion here. Koo Koo Ka Choo.
