-The precocious and stylish Jane from Sea of Shoes (who we’ve featured many times on this blog) is set to launch a shoe capsule collection for Urban Outfitters. We love to see fellow bloggers so successful and the shoes are pretty impressive as well. [via Sea of Shoes]

Short-term collaborations like this (this one 2009) are like any limited-term item. Aftermarket is Goodwills, Thriftstores, and online auction sites such as ebay.
If there is a specific style that you liked, than you can try to find something similar at Zappos or Endless with narrowing key word searches.
