Top Notch Customer Service: Australia Luxe Collective

Here’s the set up:
Last July I ordered some boots from Australia Love Collective that were on like 60% off. One pair had a problem with a decorative toggle, but I didn’t discover it until last week. This boot had since been retired because of that problem. I couldn’t find my paperwork (Galligator is wanting to thump me for not keeping it.) but I called them anyways. (In my store, had a numbskull with information like mine called, we would have been very suspicious and probably made fun of her when we hung the phone up.)
I spoke with Natalie who helped me more than I expected. I was impressed. They are making a change from Australia Love Collective to Australia Luxe Collective. Their website sales hasn’t gone live yet, but they have new styles in the retail sector. So I wanted to let you know that Australia Luxe Collection not only makes beautiful boots but their customer service is wonderful. Thanks Natalie!
Here is what they have in the boutiques now. I know that it is difficult to see but, do you LOVE this?
This style replaced the one I called about. It is as beautiful as the one I have.

Why, oh Why, do I live in an area that has never had snow?

1.) The 2nd boot is more my style.
2.) Ya could always visit me – Mountain desert gets snow, just not as bad as Michigan!
3.) I wouldn't thump ya too much. I figure you'd have pulled up a credit card receipt/statement eventually….But I am the worst sort of packrat for paperwork. I've been burned too many times the month after I throw away the statement or receipt & then need it, KWIM? But, tax-time every year is the big annual purge. If it ain't needed for taxes, it will finally get tossed!
