Victoria [Beckham] Shoe by Giambattista Valli
Posted on October 8th, 2007 by Shomore under Celebrity Shoe StyleRemember Shoesense’s post on Giambattista Valli’s stilts? Giambattista Valli named the shoes for Victoria Beckham and here is Posh’s blog post about the Victoria shoe:
I also went to see my friend Giambattista Valli at his showroom - sadly I couldn’t make his show but his new collection is fabulous, he’s definitely one of the most exciting designers around at the moment. He has even made a pair of super high platform shoes which he has named the Victoria Shoe - they are gorgeous. I will just have to learn how to walk in them first they are so high!
Gasp, a shoe that Victoria can’t walk in? It only took 6 inches.
And here are some more ridiculously high shoes that Victoria wore during an Elle Magazine photoshoot in Paris.

Oh, poor Posh! Why she looks like an extraterrestrial?

The shoes in the first photo look like high end stripper pole shoes. All the others, well, I guess we are closer to dressing like a “Vulcan” from Star Trek. I’m sorry but Posh is a fashion faux pas in my book. She really has no taste let alone anyone calling her a real fashion designer should be barred from the industry for life.

The shoes are kind of weird: too-something (creative, extreme, hooker-ish), but she’s got her own style that almost everyone comprehends as Posh’s… I believe this is enough..

All you haters that keep on saying the shoes are hooker-ish need to get with the program, its called the millenium. Now a-days we wear shoes that are out of the box!

You girls are mistaken, Victoria dresses for men, not to impress women. Most women worry about what other women will think. Guys don’t think like women. That said every male loves Victoria from head to beautiful toe. If your man tells you any different he is a liar. Face it her husband is rich considered hot, would he just get an “extraterrestrial” looking woman? Jealousy green is an ugly color to wear.

These are, of course shoes right from the runway, and I do understand where they are going. We will see more modern architectural design as it starts to hit other designers lines this spring, they just won’t be so exaggerated

I’m in love. I don’t care about the negative comments, I would rock these shoes, in every different color imaginable!
Now if only I could get my hands on them…

where the HELL can you buy the first shoe in this picture line up?!?!? the pink sandal platform ones?!?!?!!? Besides Giambattista’s boutique. I’ve tried the GV website, but you can’t buy anything much less just LOOK at the shoe. Not much point in that.

I’ve only found them at Luisaviaroma–but only in black: see here http://www.shoeblog.com/blog/giambattista-vallis-victoria-shoes/.
