umm the olsen twin looks hideous with whatever she is wearing. jessica doesnt look that bad in my opinion.

OK, am I the only person that sees Mary-Kates outfit & immediately thinks "Use the force, Luke". OK, I'm a geek. Like the black one's better in general but am not really fond of heels with shorts, so I guess this one goes to Mary-Kate.

Here, because Mary Kate doesn't look like a raccoon caught in the garbage (as she sometimes does), I would say Mary Kate. This is a good example of when her style really works. But often I prefer Jessica's simpler, classic choices in clothing (and her outfit would not be a good example of that).

Mary-Kate for sure. I like that she's using the shoe as a pop of color in her outfit, and her ensemble is, as usual, interesting. Jessica and her short shorts, giant bag, big sunglasses, and spray on tan looks pretty generic.
