I'm pretty sure these are the 2005 Queen Mum shoes (might be 2004), the ready to wear (non-runway) version. Only place to find them now would be Neiman Marcus Last Call or Off 5th Saks. These are RARE and desirable shoes, very iconic. Also check on the Fashion Spot - there's bound to be a Dior Shes thread there!
