The site looks okay, but I have no personal experience with this website. It is end-of-season(winter) in most areas, so this could be legitimate stock clearing of current styles.

As far as 'in-fashion? Are you buying for winters? Well, winter boots that are lined for warmth will always be 'in-fashion' if you get snow. If you live in a more temperate area, than warm-weather clothes paired with Uggs is a trendy thing that seems limited to younger gals & certain urban areas (LA, etc).
