I've got both Manolos and Louboutins and I can tell you CL is NOT comfortable at all, but I find Manolos VERY comfortable even with very high heels.
It's not easy for me to find comfortable heels as my foot "bridge" is too wide and I need very nice shoes to fit me and make me feel comfortable.
None of the Louboutins I've got fits me 100%, Manolos do.
