Default converse shoe customization advice

Hi
I want to buy these converse all-stars;
Converse - Chuck Taylor, Jack Purcell, Basketball Shoes, Design Your Own Converse Shoes

And go to a shoe repairer/tailor etc and have him/her line the inside of the shoes with a green polar fleece so that my feet are warm and insulated in the cold and possibly another layer behind that which keeps rain/water out, pssibly a kind of tent-material or nappy material etc

Then repaint the bottom sole red and blue lines, to a green colour.
and repaint the all-stars logo from red/blue/white to black/white.

Now I'm a size 10 or 10.5 UK.
So if I want to add a layer or 2 of insulation(thin hopefully) to the inside of these shoes, I dont want them to be too tight. SO I'm guessing I need half a size or 1-2 sizes up so that when the fleece is inlined inside, it will result in my correct shoe size. if you get my meaning.

Please can anyone advise me on what size should I order these in?
if i'm a 10 or 10.5, should i get an 11? or 11.5? or 12?
where could I buy the right fleece material? and which should I buy?

I'm in australia.

note; the design/style I want is not avaliable anywhere, it is only a one-off thing I found a picture of. and from an ebay auction, in which the shoe size is wat too small.

THank you

p.s. please do not bother posting a reply which has no value i.e., like 'why not just search online?' or "ask your local shoe repiar man"
as these replies are typical and un-helpful, so please dont.
