True enough. We do have people who come here & chat. But I wonder when it's only to ask a question: Will they be patient enough for the amount of time it can sometimes take to locate a hard-to-find item, or will they forget about us by the time that happens? (Capchas were also 'too much' for many casual members to tolerate) I don't know the answer to this one....
