Wearing shoes of 2 different heights would drive me crazy. High heels are made wearable with correct brand for your foot shape and proper balance for the individual. Different heights would just throw my balance off and irritate me.
But, I have seen mismatched socks being sold to the 'tween girl set recently, so I can see where there is a whimisical appeal to certain age groups and personalities.
