This is what I have so far. I took them to a shoe repair shop, and they are going to put a protective rubber sole on the sole and heel to make them even. I am also having the toe box stretched. After I get them back, I will be getting an insert to push my foot back into the heel more. I am thinking about trying the Insolia. I think I will grab a couple of foot products.

I should get them back in about a week. I'll post pics when I get them back.
