I watched that ad & my first reaction was 'How does a grown woman not know how to drive in heels'. Followed by, 'Is it really that much trouble to kick off the $800 shoe for a few minutes while driving? Even if they're CL knockoffs, I'd never chop the heel off even a cheap heel. That's what flats are for.
