British women are hoarding 7.5 million pairs of shoes that they never wear, says a new survey. But shoes are just the tip of the iceberg, says online auction site eBay. It calculates 5.2 million frocks, 5.1 million wedding dresses and 2.2 million handbags are languishing in wardrobes. An eBay spokesman insisted: Its an untapped goldmine - a good clearout could net British women millions.
