Theres something to be said about the classics. Im loving the simple, classic, sturdy yet wildly feminine lines of this platform wedge, in black or brown suede, with criss-cross straps. Theres something very soothingly chic about it. I also love the story behind the brand: the brand founder, Allyson, started her own line of made-for-walking shoes so she could brave the cobblestone passageways and hard-to-navigate winding alleys of Bostons historic Beacon Hill. Hey, I need something fashionable and hardy for navigating the streets of Philadelphia, too! These are cute, comfortable, sturdy, and feel great on your feet.
