A couple news items of note this week from the shoe world.

-National Geographic Kids magazine set the Guinness World Record for the <a href="http://kids.nationalgeographic.com/Stories/MoreStories/Guinness-shoes" target="_blank">world’s longest chain of shoes.</a> The chain, which consists of over 10,000 shoes, is about two miles long. -Via <strong>National Geographic
