Personally, I would never be caught dead in this outfit, so I have to give Carrie Underwood kudos for pulling off this on-stage look without looking too ****ty.
I was also amazed at the number of fashion trends (or soon to be trends) she was decked out in. Here is what I counted. Did I miss any?

1. Metallic Shorts
2. Leg Warmers - Oh no, not the 80s again
3. Wide Belt
4. Gigantic hoop earrings
5. Lotsa bracelets
6. Patent pumps

What I love about their review is that they seem to have a bit of the same indecision as we do... this outfit is hideous... and yet... something about it works.

In the States, too. And I have a love/hate relationship with them. I wear them myself sometimes, but when they're part of the 80s style resurgence look, I can't say I'm impressed.

Oh, to be young and thin again. Once you get past a certain age & shape you just look like you're trying too hard. Carrie, on the other hand, Good for her looking great & staying playful while it comes naturally.
