One Life to Live's Beth Ann Bonner in Gucci Gladiator Shoes

I'm perplexed. Beth Ann Bonner is a very beautiful girl. But if you could wear anything to the Emmys, why would you wear these Gucci Gladiator sandals (nevermind the dress).

I just can't get into the gladiator thing. I've seen scaled down versions that were cute, but basically there were more strappy sandal than gladiator sandal. Ick.

But seriously, we should talk about the dress.

The dress looks like a design for a shield or a coat of arms or something. I'm not feeling it, although I am kind of digging the belt. Don't know if it's attached to the dress or not, but I'd wear that puppy if it isn't.

The shoes... well, they leave me cold. I do like the gladiator look, but pretty much only on flats, since it just makes me laugh to imagine gladiators in heels.
