WHAT is on Katherine Heigl's feet?

I normally am pretty shy about posting in forums, but today I must. The thing that has lured me out of my shy shell is (what else) a lust worthy pair of shoes that Katherine Heigl is wearing as she pumps gas (sigh). I know I have seen them before, I've also seen a million knockoffs, but I have no idea who makes them and I MUST know. These are so going on the credit card.
Please help, if any of you ladies has any clue about these shoes, I would be eternally indebted to you.

I can't say for certain, but I think the shoes are by Jean Michel Cazabat.
