Grammy Awards, 2007: Silver Extravaganza

Oh boy--it seems as if about 80% of the celebrities there were clad in something glittery, especially some variation of silver-grey, with matching shoes to boot. Personally, I adored the sensible choice of footwear on Petra Nemcova:

....possibly because she showed some sense as to what is going to take her through the night without much suffering. Of course, she's a tall, svelte supermodel who can pull that kind of thing off -- most women, celebrities included, kinda need the lengthening, elongating effect of those painful spike heels.
Other than that, I think I'm going to start looking for a pair of silver shoes right about now....
