Where have I been? I haven't seen this thread.

After reading this, I am astounded that I don't even think to buy shoes while I travel. I have only done it once, in Seattle Nordstroms. You all have opened up a whole new universe for me. Shoes instead of souveniers.

Now, I just have to go somewhere. I have been grounded in hot AZ all summer. It stinks to be me.

I actually excercised extreme self-restrain in Las Vegas recently. I couldn't afford the Bellagio or Ceasar's Forums, but I kept my money out of the Shooz shop at the Paris where we stayed. That store had a lot of designer inspired styles that were almost affordable.
