Yes, we all know this already.
But now it's been medically proven. According to a study done in several cities around England, shopping for shoes boosted women's heart rates up as high as 120 beats per minute when they found a pair they were excited about. That's what you can expect from a good workout. And get this... it was specifically shoes that did it. Other clothes didn't get the heart racing as much. I can see new exercise plans on the horizon.

I just showed this to my husband....he nearly fell over laughing LOL. Well, I guess I have found a form of excercise I enjoy!

I cannot imagine not shopping for shoes. I dream of shoes, always have since I was a kid, weird as it is, I need beautiful shoes.
