    Thumbs up Shoe Heaven Exists!

I have recently found a store in Bruxelles (I live in Luxembourg) where the have 60% discount on all major brands: Casadei, Stuart Weitzman, Gucci, Prada, Alaia...

It's crazy, i know, the second i got in, i knew that if Heaven existed IT HAD to look like that.

There were hundreds of sandals and pumps.....i couldn't get enough of it.

Think New York Century 21 with 60% off.....it's insane. The price vary between 130-200 dollars.

They have a HUGE choice and whether you like funky colors, sky high heels, flats, pumps, leather or patent don't worry, they have it all.

For someone who is size 7-7.5 this is THE SHOE STORE. I am size 7 and it happened to me more than once to find a gorgeous pair of shoes only to find out that my size was not available.

If you ever go to Bruxelles this store has to be on your TO DO list.

Well, if ever I had a chance to return to Belgium, this would be it. I spent the last 2 years of high school in Brussels in a DOD school & would actually love to go back when my kids are a bit older. See if any of the old spots are still around (Not just the Mannequin Pis which will likely be there forever). Being a 7 1/2 who can only drool over gucci & miu miu only makes this worse. Oh well. Bluefly if I'm lucky is the best I'm likely to see for some time. Best wishes.

Oh, BTW, i lived in a cute little town called Overijse. Have never been able to get good frites (french fries) since.

Thumbs up Re: Shoe Heaven Exists!

I have traveled a lot, US, Asia, Europe, but i must say that Bruxelles is my FAV city, Paris is waaaaaaaay behind if not on the bottom of my list.

Bruxelles is a stunning city that has what a lot of cities (not only in EU) don't have anymore: history, arts, culture, incredible architecture, great night life, best shopping places (a wide variety and a lot of choice), High End second hand stores (Les Enfants d'Edouard is the best example...how does 5 tones of clothes and shoes distributed on 2 floors in an old mansion sound to you?), nice people, great customer service in EVERY STORE I HAVE BEEN and great food.

You could take your family to visit Bruxelles, they'll be so busy with the sightseeing they'll forget you went shopping )

    Post bruxing

If you suffer with nocturnal toothgrinding (bruxism), don't just put up with the tooth and jaw pain, sensitive teeth, worn teeth and headaches. You can combat it by using a mouthguard when you sleep, but it's also worth checking out some of the alternatives.

If any of you ever find yourself in NYC, you have to check out a new shoe store that opened in Soho on Spring St. The brand is called Jump and it has very unique fun shoes (and Comfortable! Trendy and comfy, what can be better?!). And for the Soho area, the prices are really good!
