The candy 09 - the heel covers a larger area so less pressure on the foot, plus with thin soles you can feel every pebble under your foot. Not only that u can use them as step ladders (I use my ones to get in the high up cupboards at home - ha ha)

i would definitely go lip...not too high and it wont kill you overall especially since you'll be doing a 10 mile walk
