I am not sure but did you tried ebay, amazon or smartpunk dot com. Usually sneaker collection is good on these sites

sorry if this isn't exact, but i saw on nike's website something very similar. you have to customize it to those colors yourself. i think it was the nike air max dunk low or something around those line.
