I can not find or read the name of this brand for the life of me.
It seems to be Italian......
Please help! I am not sure what to call that silver symbol either? Or is it an emblem?

Only with a cursory look, the two best known shoes with red soles are Christian Louboutin and Cesar Pasciotti. They look like something Pasciotti has designed, but I couldn't find that exact boot online. Here is a link to something that is close.

They also remind me a little bit of Gianmarco Lorenzi. Also, there seem to be a few Italian brands with red soles. So there may not be an official trademark/copyright on the soles there like there is here for Louboutin's.
