Default Exchange by Charles David anyone?

Has anyone ever tried shoes by this brand? I haven't, and now I'm considering buying this green patent pair. I've never tried any of Charles David's lines, so I don't know how they feel, and since this is the lower-end line, and I'm a big shoe snob, I'm a bit nervous about how inexpensive it is.

Anyone have any thoughts?

How inexpensive are we talking? And where are you ordering/buying from? Those shoes are ADORABLE. If they're cheap enough, I say that it's worth the risk. If you can return them easily, then they're totally worth wearing around your house for a few days (or a year, if Zappos).

Have you checked out the Zappos reviews? Totally mixed for these particular shoes. Sorry I can't provide any first-hand knowledge -- hope someone else can!

I haven't checked the Zappos reviews, but that's a good thought. I'll go look.

They're only $46 and change on Shoes.com with the extra 20% discount Shomore posted about here. But their original price is $58. That's what worries me a bit. But since it is shoes.com, and they have the same return policy as Zappos, I may just do it.

Yep. I heard good things about Charles David, and I think Exchange is their cheaper, more youthful line. But you're absolutely right--you can ALWAYS return them if they don't fit well. And by the by, we expect a full report!!!

I've got one pair of shoes from this line - peep-toe heels. They're not terribly comfortable, but they're not bad either. And it's probably that particular shoe. I've got other Charles David shoes and they're comfortable.
