I just found these. Initially I thought they weren't that great. Then i looked at them again. They have crystals embedded into the design. These are wonderful. They don't have my size or I would probably have them on order.

i do rhinestone work on shirts, shoes, hats ect, i have a special tool that i work with, i sell a pair of white flats that are similar to those, they are satin and have pleats in them though.
im sure you could find a more plain flat
all that has to be done is encrust them in rhinestones.
a few hours work and it would be done
