Hilary Duff heels

Can anyone tell me what who these heels are made by?

I've tried to come up with an answer but no luck yet. They are very cool and I definitely love the bronze/gold strap on white idea, though they are, of course, ridiculously high, and in fact, she looks almost incapable of walking normally in those. I also can't tell from the photo if they are wedges or pumps--that would help a bit!

I've looked closely at the original picture – and they look as if they're pumps not wedges. The Louboutin-like shoe shape and heel hight are classic. But the color scheme and strap make the shoes look really innovative.
