The white shoe-laced heels... possibly Christian Louboutin?

Funny, somebody was inquiring about the same shoes in this thread: Shoes on the lenscrafters tv commercial. They are used in a Lenscrafter commercial and yes, I pretty sure they're Louboutin, possibly a style called Alicette (see the thread). Regrettably, I could not find the white linen version anywhere on the net--I did, however, find other color combos.
